What is an API-key and what can I do with it?
The API Key is a user-specific token that you use to connect your ERP system and your Maventa account. Once your user API key is entered into the ERP system, Maventa will interpret you as the invoice sender as the invoice moves from the software to Maventa.
If you have registered your Maventa account directly from your ERP system, the API key may already be entered. We recommed that you check this with your ERP system.
If the registration has been already been done, you must enter the API key manually into the ERP system. If you're not sure where the key should be entered, please contact your ERP system support.
On your Maventa account, you can find the API key by clicking the Settings link in the top right corner of the page.
In order to establish a billing connection, you will need your company UUID. The UUID is company specific and connects the ERP environment with the Maventa account. The UUID can be found at the same place in Maventa as the API key.
